Event Information

Pygmalion

By George Bernard Shaw, Directed by Jonas Cemm

Pygmalion is presented in partnership with SHAW2020 Theatre Company

When flower seller Eliza Doolittle meets phonetics professor Henry Higgins, a simple wager sparks a transformation that challenges society’s rigid class boundaries. Tread the Boards presents Pygmalion – a sparkling, sharp-tongued classic that asks: who decides who we get to be? Clever, comic and still bitingly relevant.

The same Attic show — now in a brand-new location! We’ll be performing at the newly opened Rother Street Arts House, an exciting venue created by Catherine Partridge and John Partridge, the team behind Tread The Boards Theatre Company.

(Approx including Interval)

Venue: Rother Street Arts House 14 Rother Street Stratford-upon-avon CV37 6LU
